Course Description: This course is designed for anyone with a high school diploma or GED seeking fundamental math skills which can be applied for moving into management positions with any company. Course topics can be applied to managing personnel, construction and home repairs, and developing and understanding basic bookkeeping financial statements.  
Math is an important part of managing business. Get to know some commonly used fractions and their decimal equivalents, area and perimeter formulas, angle measurements, and financial formulas — including understanding interest rates and common financial acronyms — to help with your business tasks.

Description: This online course is designed for students who are looking to further their language skills at an advanced level. This class will give students the opportunity to grow their listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Course Objectives: - Enhance listening skills while listening to audio recordings - Strengthen speaking abilities - Improve reading and writing skills - Demonstrate an understanding of the language through listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities. Course Structure: Each unit will focus on a different listening, speaking, reading, or writing skill. The course will include listening activities, conversation practice, reading assignments, and written tasks. Listening: During the listening portion of the class, participants will practice high-level listening skills. Speaking: In order to further speaking skills, students will practice speaking using abstract vocabulary with fluency. Reading: During reading activities, students will be asked to read different texts. Writing: For the writing portion of the course, students will be given written tasks related to listening, speaking, or reading activities. With the combination of listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the language. By the completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate an advanced level of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
