Course Title: Business English for Professionals  Course Description: This course focuses on English usage in business contexts, including meetings, presentations, negotiations, and networking. It involves case studies, mock meetings, and business writing exercises. Learners will improve their ability to communicate effectively in diverse business situations.  Course Length: 20 hours (1 hour per module)  Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency  Prerequisites: Basic English proficiency and a basic understanding of business concepts 

Course Description: This course will provide participants with an understanding of advanced English as a Second Language (ESL) for professional business contexts. Topics covered include crafting persuasive emails, constructing sharp reports, organizing complex presentations, summarizing key ideas in writing with precision and accuracy, and other communication scenarios in a professional setting. Participants will gain an understanding of the highest-level aspects of the English language necessary to succeed in the business world. Course Objectives:

Course Title: English for Aviation Professionals  Course Description: This course is designed for aviation professionals, focusing on flight vocabulary, emergency procedures, and passenger communication. It includes flight manual readings, emergency scenario role-plays, and passenger interaction simulations. Learners will be prepared to handle all aspects of flight communication in English.  Course Length: 20 hours (1 hour per module)  Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency  Prerequisites: Basic English proficiency and a basic understanding of aviation concepts 

Course Title: English for Customer Service Professionals  Course Description: This course focuses on customer interaction language, complaint handling, and service explanation. It includes customer interaction role-plays, complaint resolution simulations, and service description exercises. Learners will provide top-notch customer service in English.  Course Length: 20 hours (1 hour per module)  Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency  Prerequisites: Basic English proficiency and a basic understanding of customer service principles 

Course Title: English for Finance Professionals  Course Description: This course focuses on financial terminology, report reading, and effective communication in finance. It includes interpreting financial statements, discussing market trends, and investment strategy role-plays. Learners will gain the ability to converse effectively about financial matters.  Course Length: 20 hours (1 hour per module)  Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency  Prerequisites: Basic English proficiency and a basic understanding of financial concepts
